From Kryton's Concrete Waterproofing Blog comes an interesting new post by Marketing Coordinator Jillian Work, who presents four examples of how Kryton concrete waterproofing products solve issues for diverse concrete structures in equally diverse environments around the world.
These examples include:
- The Solaris Meadow's Gate Village Complex, an urban development in Pitt Meadows, where 3,500 cubic metres of KIM was employed to ensure the structures' long-term durability under less than ideal conditions in which a high water table threatened the concrete with moisture and wear.
- The new Lebanese Canadian Bank head office, where Kryton products were selected to waterproof the structure's basement walls, due largely to some significant advantages over membrane waterproofing systems.
- The Liwa Centre Apartments in Abu Dhabi, where Krystol Crack Repair successfully stopped leaks in the elevator pits, where other concrete crack repair systems had failed.
- The prestigious five-star Coral International Hotel Apartments, where groundwater ingress was successfully averted and the developer ensured a properly waterproof structure, while saving time and money.
